After 5 mins it conked out flashing red even though it was fully charged. The firmware upgrade went without a hitch. Arguably I should have read the forum posts first as there have been numerous reports on this and even those that are working are down to 2-3hrs use maximum before recharging is needed, but I trusted the Line 6 safety upgrade - I mean, why wouldn't I? In fact, I've promoted it on various forums as an excellent wireless solution.īut every time I logged into the Line 6 community board I kept getting an urgent warning that there had been some overheating problem reported when charging from 4 incidents reported, & that I should immediately upgrade to v1.1 receiver and v1.6 transmitter for safety - so, I did. I was on v1.0 receiver, v1.1 transmitter - worked beautifully, lasted 6-8hrs, woke up instantly from sleeping & couldn't be happier with it. I have a Line 6 G10 Relay that I bought a couple of years ago. I'm not quite sure if this is the right section for this but as the Line 6 G10 Relay is digital it seemed a reasonable place to post this.
